WHY LOUISIANA STYLE HOT SAUCE?

Poirier’s Louisiana Style Hot Sauce honors Dustin’s Acadiana roots. As a Louisiana native, Dustin wanted to create a hot sauce that featured the flavors he grew up with in Lafayette, LA. Poirier’s Louisiana Style hot sauce is a fresh take on a typical Louisiana hot sauce, building upon the iconic Cayenne pepper-vinegar combo with other cajun hero ingredients like garlic and celery. If Louisiana-style hot sauces are your thing, this is a must-try!

WHAT FLAVOURS ARE AVAILABLE FOR POIRIER'S LOUISIANA STYLE HOT SAUCE?
