Each sauce has its own heat rating out of 10, listed on the product page and our heat guide.

Despite Scoville ratings being a “standard” in the hot sauce world, we don’t really work off that. Heat level is so subjective that it varies immensely from one person to another. We’ve done our best to rate them on a scale of 1-10 based on feedback from our customers.

Some are, some aren't. Please check each product's page for further information.

Most do not, but always check the label. Any potential allergens are listed clearly.

Unopened bottles are fine in the pantry. Once opened, keep them in the fridge for best flavour.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Heartbeat offers a wide range from Jalapeño to Pineapple Habanero. Poirier’s comes in Original, K.O. Edition, and Creole Maple.

They work on almost anything. Popular pairings are wings, pizza, eggs, grilled meats, and rice dishes. Creole Maple is great at brunch, while Jalapeño is easy for everyday use.

Both. They work as marinades, finishing sauces, or straight from the bottle.

Yes. A sweet sauce like Pineapple Habanero or Creole Maple pairs surprisingly well with vanilla.
